Using motor memory to enhance anatomical understanding (Oh 2011) and potential applications in massage anatomy education
We have significant challenges in anatomy education in massage schools. We need, among other things, teachers who know the material, and who can communicate it in innovative ways that can engage the students for deeper learning that they will carry into their own individual practice situations as graduates.
Oh and colleagues present a method here that's worth considering for adapting in order to promote effective anatomy teaching and learning among learners in massage school.
